AI FAQs

Although we try to cover the questions we are asked most often, if you feel you have a question not covered that would be helpful for all of our users to know the answer to, feel free to shoot it to us in an email using the button below.

  • WILL AI TAKE PEOPLE'S JOBS?
Probably the most common issue with AI is that it will replace humans in the workplace. The short answer is yes, AI will in fact replace humans at certain jobs and anyone who says other wise, lacks education or is just trying to "sugar coat" it. As much as we may not like that, it is a fact, and is already happening. Keep in mind though, all technology advancements throughout history were made to increase efficiency and lower operational costs. Did you know there used to be phone operators (humans) that you told who you were trying to call and they manually connected you? AI is no different in this aspect. AI will also create new jobs with it's growth as well, think about all the jobs created by the mobile phone industry (making the phones, cell phone service providers, app developers etc., way more than the jobs lost of phone operators). The key is to learn about technology, see how to use it, and grow with it as humans. Our goal at KLEVER BOY AI is not to replace "humans", but to increase their results through AI and allow them to focus on the human elements like relationships and compassion, more than sifting through data and cold calling leads.
  • WILL AI BE USED TO HURT, STEAL, OR SCAM HUMANS?
Again, if you read the answer about jobs, the honest answer is probably yes, unfortunately. Technology, like almost everything else, depends on the user on if it will be used for good or evil. When the internet came around the same questions were asked, and yes it is used for good and evil every day. Email scams are a lot more frequent than postal mail scams these days. The key, like with the jobs question, is becoming educated about the tech and learning how to use it and also how to defend against it. Just as with the internet, more good will come from AI than harm, just look at how it is already used. Google search, Netflix, Siri, Alexa, Spotify, all Social Media, are all AI based services and they improve our life far more than hurt it. As far as the AI we build and use here at KLEVER BOY, we have safeguards in place that control the AI as we design, build, and train our AI with specific goals and limit it's ability outside of those goals. So you can't ask our AI to write you a paper for school about World War 2, it will inform the user that is is trained to do __________ and can't help outside of that. It won't try to steal or scam, and our company is an ethical AI company looking to innovate for business in ethical ways. Just learn about the AI you use, the companies that make it, and steer clear of any that don't feel right to you. That is the basic level of any technology is to use good judgement when adopting it.
  • WILL AI BE USED FOR WORLD DOMINATION?
The only reason this question even made the list is because it is actually more frequent than you may think. From Elon Musk to your neighbor down the road, people are unsure of the end result of a world embracing AI. Blame Hollywood, with movies like The Matrix or Terminator, but there is a fear of the world becoming ran by robots and creating an apocalyptic earth, where humans are trying to survive being hunted by robots. Could this happen? Who even knows? Technically speaking, a lot of things would have to go wrong and AI would have to be the first technology ever that evil "wins" for this to happen. We try to keep it honest here, so we can say "Maybe", but a World War using nuclear weapons ending the world as we know it is more likely than being hunted by AI robots for sure. Again, like with most answers in this section, learning about AI, watching it advance and keeping a close eye on those advancing it are key in seeing the direction it develops. Either way, if it were to happen, this FAQ page would probably be erased by AI in an effort to keep it's world domination plans a secret from humans. So you can always check back here and as long as you can read this, then you are still safe 😉.
  • DOES AI TRY AND TRICK HUMANS?
This is a tricky question at it's core, but the short answer is NO, AI does not try and trick or deceive humans. The long answer is, AI does what it is told, designed, built, and trained to do. So if our client wants the AI to give a human "feel" to the interaction that is how it is done. If our client wants the AI to identify itself in every interaction as "_________ an AI Support Rep for ______" , then that is how it is done. The choice is up to each client and their preference. On a broad answer, of AI in general, we have to refer back to the original part of this answer. AI will do as it is designed to do. So if it is built and trained to "trick humans" by a human, then yes, it will trick humans. The key it to only work with ethical AI companies that safeguard against the misuse of such powerful technology. KLEVER BOY AI, is one of those AI companies that safeguard against AI misuse.
  • DO I HAVE TO UNDERSTAND AI TO USE IT?
Absolutely not. Just as you don't need to understand AI to use Google, Netflix, Alexa and other AI systems, you do not need to understand it to use it in your business. You do need to trust whoever is integrating it into your business and know how to gauge results based on before AI so you know if it is working, but you do not need to know how AI works. It's like eating at a restaurant, you don't have to know how the food is made to eat and enjoy it.
  • WHAT ARE THE LIMITATIONS OF AI?
Currently, as in today, AI is still very limited on the creative side. Not creative like pictures or videos, creative like creating AI itself. For that reason, AI is limited to what it is created to do. For specific things, like social media or websites etc.: AI can help a lot with these types of services. The limits are on extremely detailed or custom features that a client may want. It is also limited by exposure. What we mean by that is, AI can't create a video about "a day in the life of ________" and show clips of your day as a business owner, because it was not exposed to that content for it to use in it's creative process. However, if you film the content and give it to AI, it can then create it. For a website, AI is still in it's early stages. It can create the basic "5 pager" that a lot of small businesses need. Those sites usually include a Home, About, Services, and Contact pages that cover a large percent of basic websites. If you need an eComm store, or custom features, you will still need a human developer to create that level of website. Luckily, if you are reading this, you are only one click away from such a team, you can use KLEVER BOY DESIGNS for branding or website needs until AI gets that part figured out.
  • WHAT AI DO YOU USE?
We use multiple AI models within our systems, including proprietary AI. Foundationally, with some of the systems, we use: GPT 3.5 Turbo, GPT 4, GPT 4V (vision), GPT 4 Turbo, davinci-002, davinci-003, DALL-E 2, DALL-E 3, TTS, Whisper, Embeddings, Moderation, and are always testing and adding other models that help us and our clients achieve our goals.
  • DO I HAVE TO UNDERSTAND AI TO USE KLEVER BOY AI?
Absolutely not. Just as you don't need to understand AI to use Google, Netflix, Alexa and other AI systems, you do not need to understand it to use it in your business. You do need to trust whoever is integrating it into your business and know how to gauge results based on before AI so you know if it is working, but you do not need to know how AI works. It's like eating at a restaurant, you don't have to know how the food is made to eat and enjoy it.
  • DOES YOUR AI "COLD CALL"?
It did, but now they do not due to the FCC ruling on Feb 2, 2024. Although we do feel this ruling will be revised in the near future, we will always focus on making sure both us and our clients adhere to all laws and regulations surrounding AI and it's use. Our AI that utilizes voice/calls, can still do inbound calling for support or sales and outbound calling for reminders, sales (lead response or follow-up), and other functions where the individual getting the AI call has opted in or submitted their info to our clients.
  • CAN YOUR AI REPS WORK LEAD LISTS?
Absolutely! This is kind of a basic form of AI when compared to it's abilities in today's world. AI, by its original design is a data processing powerhouse, able to not only filter lists but find commonalities in the data, validate data based on outside data comparison to the list data, and even score or predict the data that is best matched to a desired outcome. So if you had a list of, let's say 10,000 leads, and wanted to know which leads have the best contact info, AI could do that in about 5-10 minutes then provide you with the ones that are similar to your existing clients and score them on their likely hood to convert. This is just an example and not even close to the power of AI in data processing.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE AI DOESN'T KNOW?
Every AI we build is built with "Human Roll-Over". This means if the AI is unsure of how to respond, or if the user tells the AI it wants to speak to a human, the AI knows how to hand this off to it's human counterpart. Typically done as a text to the human with a link to the conversation that the human can click on and respond, then type a code which will hand it back over to the AI to continue. Another cool feature, is the AI will actually learn what the human did and improve it's ability to handle that area in the future. Same with our voice and chat AI, they can transfer a call to their human counterpart or send a chat to a human. Again, all setup during our build however you prefer.
  • WHAT IF I DON'T WANT AI SENDING A TEXT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?
Although one of the major features of AI is it's ability to work around the clock, every AI we build and train can have "SET WORK HOURS" so it adheres to the contact schedule our clients prefer. This setting is for each AI, so if you want your AI SUPPORT to work 24/7 but your AI SALES to only work 9am to 5pm, then we can set them up that way. Again, this feature is adaptable to each client, so the possibilities are endless.
  • WHAT SYSTEMS INTEGRATE WITH THE KLEVER KOMPLETE AI SYSTEM?
Natively the list is growing over time, but through our API and Webhooks along with platforms like Zapier, we can successfully integrate with over 6,000+ apps, software, and functions. If you have specific integration questions, please reach out to the team or ask during your scheduled demo. Also keep in mind we offer our KLEVER KUSTOM AI for more complex needs of our clients or their software.
  • WHAT INDUSTRIES ARE BEST FOR THE KLEVER KOMPLETE AI SYSTEM?
The short answer, all of them. Every business needs leads, then need those leads to become customers, and then those customers to keep coming back. The long answer, Although we can build an AI system that will positively impact almost any business type, we do see this technology growing in certain industries quicker than others. However, this is not saying these are the only businesses that can seriously benefit from AI. Any business should take a look into their operations, sales, support, and marketing and identify pain points then consider AI as a way to eliminate that pain and reduce costs. It does take an investment into AI to get those results, but the return is calculated and unmatched. Due to these adoption rates and available investment budgets to integrate AI technology, the following industries are what we project as "Aligned Industries". -Medical (Doctors, Dentists, Vets etc.) -Legal (Lawyers, Attorneys etc.) -Automotive (Dealerships, Repair Shops etc.) -Real Estate (Brokers, Mortgage Lenders etc.) -Insurance (Commercial, Property etc.) -Local Service (Window Cleaning, Plumbers etc.) -eCommerce (Online stores, Online consulting etc.) To discuss your business and if KLEVER KOMPLETE or KLEVER KUSTOM AI is the right fit, reach out and we are always happy to discuss.
